If you wish to return a product/ products, you have a statutory right to cancel your order at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the products.
To return your product/s please contact us for authorisation.
The product(s) must be returned within 7 days, unopened, in the same condition in which you received them.
The seal must be intact and in a saleable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item/s by packaging the products adequately and using a reputable delivery service that insures you to the value of the goods and offers a tracked service.
We cannot accept liability for products lost in transit. All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
On receipt of the returned item, you will receive a refund through the original payment method. This refund will be less shipping costs and paypal or credit card processing fees, incurred by ourselves.
You will not have any right to cancel a contract for the supply of any products which have been opened or which we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances no refund will be offered.
